We had a wonderful experience. I am pregnant and had a bit of a pregnancy brain moment. I forgot about my appointment. I called and they still found a way to fit me in. Upon arrival they were kind and understanding. I would have expected them to be a little upset, understandably, but they treated me and my daughter with kindness and care.
