I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I checked in on time for my appointment, but ended up waiting for a long period without being seen. The delay was very frustrating and there was not enough communication about the wait time. Eventually I had to leave without completing my appointment. I hope the clinic can improve scheduling and communication so patients are not left waiting for so long after check-in.
Exceptional Experience! Visited Open Advantage MRI last Monday and was blown away from start to finish. The staff was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The facility is spotless and modern — and the bathroom? Honestly the nicest I’ve ever seen in an office building, luxury spa-level quality! Smooth process, no long waits, and top-notch care throughout. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly first-class imaging experience!
I had an excellent experience at Open Advantage MRI. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. Great and quick service! The staff was really nice and knowledgeable! Played music I liked and it was over super quick.
Wanted to like this place with the cash deal, but it ended up being a waste of time. I understand the safety aspect, but had me come in knowing I do metal work as a hobby. Wasn't until I was in the changing room I was told they couldn't proceed without Xrays. Pretty disappointed with their front desk.
