Completed my MRI testing today and Chris the Technician was awesome. Chris answered all of my questions and was a tentative to my claustrophobic concerns. The office was helpful in getting my appointments scheduled promptly. I have used them before and would use them again if needed. They made the experience positive for me. Thanks Chris! 😊 Gordon

One of the worst business practices my wife and I have ever seen. The service was ok, but the billing practices were a rib-off, a high way robbery. This clinic added more charges claiming because of the pandemic. We paid $603.00 for the service, our insurance finally paid them and they owed us a refund of what we paid. They jibed us close to $68.00 since the insurance company didn't pay enough. They charged us extra because we used a VISA card. It took more than 9 phone calls to get an explanation from their staff. I had a great experience with my MRI appointment. All the staff members were attentive and welcoming. The technician was patient, considerate, and made sure I felt comfortable through the whole procedure. I appreciate everyone there, for making this process as comfortable as possible.
