I choose Exit Realty about 2 years ago and had the pleasure of working with Mr. Steven Richards. I had some really unusual circumstances and needed to buy and move into a home right away. Mr. Richards was on hand and had showings for me the next day after I would let him know I was interested in something. Mr. Richards was great with helping me sell my home and purchase a new build. The process went seamless. He is also handy with tools and helped me with some of my improvements that I needed to do on my home prior to listing.
My husband, Gary and I purchased our retirement abode a year ago September. We just stopped in the Exit office on a Sunday, it was closed, but low and behold Steve emerged before we left and graciously welcomed us inside.
