I brought Mom to get her bone density injection today and were greeted by the most friendly Staff at the Opelousas infusion clinic, Mary Bird Perkins Center. These ladies make it such a personable and enjoyable and friendly visit. Katie the RN is so polite and professional. We were also visited by Jamie who visited with us to update Moms chart. Absolutely love the staff there. They are amazing. Get uou in and out quickly. No wait time.
My first couple of months was pretty good as far as receiving professional care from the nurses inside the infusion area afterwards during my visits to see the oncologist physician when speaking with the nurse during our discussion of progress the information given seemed a little off wasn't making sense concerning my prognosis.
