I have never been to a place so rude in my life. This establishment is a horrible place to come to if you are sick. I would rather drive to a whole other state than be seen here. The check-in personnel named brandy was the first rude individual I spoke to. Eye rolling, speech to patient and parent was messy and with an attitude. Adam Giddens was my Er Doctor on the night of 10/19/2024, he absolutely had the worse bed manner, tried to catch me in lies and tried to manipulate me. He refused to treat my chrons flare up that was stressed induced, the only good thing he did was stop my anxiety. I truly thought this hospital was changing but I was wrong. I have been to the emergency room 3 times they are much better than Lafayette emergency room S they seem to care more the nurses are Great. Best emergency room ever
