My mom (a patient for over 20 plus+ years) went there today for her appointment. While speaking to the receptionist, the nurse Dawanna or Dwanna blurted out my mother's medical history in front of other patient's which is a violation of hippa and highly unprofessional. You didn't have to belittle her just because of her mental status. You didn't have to make her look small in front of everyone to make yourself look large. The lady at the front desk with the short brown hair needs to be fired she is extremely rude and disrespectful towards people who come in for help in my opinion if you can't treat people like human beings you should be working with people with mental issues
I have been going there for over ten years. I thought they were great for about eight of those years. The past two years, they became a source of my problems instead of a help. It spiral downhill fast. I was having ride problems and Dr Gonzales approved me for phone app. But after the first one, they gave me app to appear in person. I tried but sometimes rides I scheduled didn't happen. The horrible reception demanded proof my rides didn't show up. Friendly and supportive staff and Drs
Called around to find the best fit for my daughter and tell the receptionist I have federal insurance and she tells me I have to bring proof of income. Like what? Out of the 4 other places I spoke to, they didn't ask me to bring proof of income. My income has nothing to do with actually helping my daughter, especially when I have federal insurance. They want you to bring all kinds of unnecessary documents and claim its state requirements but literally none of the other 4 places I called asked for any documents they're asking... read more
