This has been my experience living here since May: These buildings are managed by Keystone Management out of Concord. I was told at showing by Dave in Maintainence that the 1 bedroom I looked at was $900. He ended up being wrong, it’s actually $1100. I took it because it was the only one I could find at the time. I was also told the very old balconies would be replaced but that hasn’t happened yet, maybe next year. Dave in Maintenance used to be very helpful. I read reviews before moving here and I thought, how could any modern building have paper-thin walls? But, THEY ARE! I hear my neighbor's conversations when he has visitors! Yes, he is LOUD to begin with, but come-on! The lady who lives above me wakes me up, EVERY SINGLE DAY, simply by walking around and pulling out a chair to sit in. It sounds like THUNDER! I will admit, she has hardwood floors, they pulled up the sound-buffering carpet to make the unit more modern, thus receiving a higher rent. BUT, they did NOT add any so... read more

My mother lived here, while one neighbor constantly and consistently harassed my family and myself (mainly my daughters and myself) The others were quiet but friendly. Maintenance was great, if my mom needed anything Dave was there to help. He was amazing. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. He always treated my Mom with kindness and respect. When my mom passed away, Dave was wonderful. He gave us more than enough time to sort out our mothers belongings and paperwork and move her belongings out.
