OPC has been serving my house for the last few years after they bought out the company I had for 20 years. I have had issues with their billing for more than a year now. I had a monthly service , but was having issues with ants and called them back two weeks I was charged the monthly fee because it wasn’t in the same month, I was told eventually I continued getting billed with interest charges for several months. I went down to my apartment office a few days ago to let them know about the rodent problem we had. I was informed that OPC would be coming out today (Thursday) for inspections and they would make sure the technician came down to our place. OPC is NOT a TRUSTWORTHY company! I have had trouble with them doing their job correctly so they sent a "big-wig" out to take care of any concerns. She convinced me to stay with the company. Boy was that a BIG MISTAKE! Today I have an appointment with them to spray my house for fleas. The appointment time was 10-12. I called to see if they knew when the tech would be here. Can not get a call back 4 messages 3 days of trying and hrs on hold. Field staff has been amazing but the office staff needs a lot of work!! Fingers crossed I can finally get service
This company is very dishonest and manipulative and underhanded on many levels. They don't do the work right. It is because of them I will have to prep my house a second time for a bed bug treatment thankfully I've got another company to come in and redo their work. They refuse to let anyone get in contact with the owner in regards to the customer experience that I had and the problems within the company. My daughter uses OPC and referred us to them. We have had yellow jackets under our drive way for about a month. We tried all kinds of ways to get rid of them to no avail. Called OPC and they came out the next day to treat them. The technician name was Jess. He was a true professional and did an amazing service to our home.
