I just have to preface this by saying… I have seen SO many hairstylists in my life, and I have NEVER found one as good and personable as Lauren. I’ve been seeing her for years now, and she is truly a gem! I would recommend her time and time again!! Not only does she consistently do amazing hair, but every visit feels like catching up with a friend. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Opal + Onyx / Lauren. I booked a root touch-up with highlights, expecting my roots and grey hair to be blended seamlessly with my existing highlights. Initially, she sent me an invoice for $190, but after the service, I ended up paying $287 because she claimed to have used extra products. Despite paying more for what I believed would be full coverage, the results did not meet the agreed-upon outcome.
