Natalie turned my hair orange after "forgetting" there was warmth already in my hair and adding more warmth. She is terrible and young, very inexperienced and horrible character.

The stylist gave me orange hair because I had warmth in my hair and then she added more warmth in my hair by mistake. She said she "forgot" I had warmth in my hair prior. I gave her the chance to fix it and it's still orange in the front. She refuses to fix it and refuses to refund. The owner won't do anything to resolve the matter either. The stylist, Natalie, is lying about all that transpired. I do not recommend this business whatsoever. Stay clear.

Trish is amazing!! She’s been doing my blonde for years and achieves the perfect bright yet natural blonde that can grow out without harsh roots. 10/10 recommend

Absolutely love this salon! Trish is so talented and always makes sure to give you what YOU want. Prices are great, and the atmosphere/vibe in the salon is super relaxing. The only place I’ll go to in SD!!
