All of the staff are absolutely fabulous, but a big shout-out to Joel, who pierced my tragus today and I’m obsessed with it! And a special thank you to Luna for being so lovely and helpful while I was choosing my jewellery. Everyone here is so friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable, and they genuinely make the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. I’ve had such a great experience every time and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Had my nose pierced at Opal Heart today and had such a great experience. Em was absolutely lovely — she explained everything, made me feel comfortable and talked me through the whole process. Everything was incredibly clean and sanitised, and I felt completely at ease. I had my nose pierced about 25 years ago elsewhere, and the experience today was so much better. Highly recommend Opal Heart and Em! ❤
