I have two kids who both receive services from opal. One from Matthew and one from Alaina. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them both. Both are welcoming and professional. Consistent with quality and services. They are loved by our children and the community.
I wasn't happy at all with the service my kids got yesterday the cuts were horrible. I feel like she didnt do the styles at all that was requested not even close . I dont like posting negative things at all but I feel like this was waranted. Not saying shes not good at the stuff she does but my kids were not happy at all. I ended up leaving there and having to go to a different salon to get it fixed
