Melissa is extremely unprofessional and rude. She for 1. fried my sisters hair off and it has been breaking out for months now. She refused to give her a refund and didnt take ANY accountability for doing this to my sisters hair. 2. she talks about clients to other clients which is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. i highly dont recommend going to her unless you want your hair to fall out due to a chemical cut or if you want to be talked about at a later date to another client. I've been going to Melissa for almost two years and she is absolutely amazing! When I intially met her I was telling her that I had a competition coming up and I couldn't find anyone who could color my hair for a reasonable price and before my competition. She immediately gave me her information and had me in the next day! She helped me feel confident and comfortable for my competition! I haven't been or wanted to go anywhere else since. Melissa is the BEST! I've gone through 5 different colors in the 8 months I've known her. Each time, my hair came out better than expected. She uses great products and takes her time making sure it's perfect every time.

Melissa is the best ! She takes the time to listen to you and also gives her expert opinion on your hair concerns. She is amazing with color, highlights and haircuts/styles. I love my appointments with her , not only does she give me great hair but the conversations are the best !
