staff is great and Dr. Ira is awesome. They’re my new dental office.
My crown fell off but was very old from my old dentist so they had to make a new one, Dr Schmidt made a great one ,fit perfectly and I can feel the difference from the old one thanks

Terribly unethical, dishonest and lacking integrity up front office staff, to include billing. They charged my insurance for two services that I had a coupon for. I paid $99 for zoom whitening special in June only to find out I was only credited $34...they carried over $65 due. My wife was there and they wouldn't let her leave until she paid her balance. That balance was actually MY ACCOUNT and the $65 illegal carry over. You can't bill someone else for my account...I'm not her dependent! Now they won't return our money! Tot... read more
Been going here for years and I have no tooth pain and my teeth always feel insanely clean after my appointment. I also really appreciate the flexibility with scheduling as I am a busy man who works in NYC and tends to need rescheduling.
