If you have a steady job and you want to leave it for this company because you don’t like it, DON’T. Was hired for a week & got fired because they said “there’s barely any work & you were the last to be brought on out of the three drivers.” They don’t care if you have a family to provide for. Made it very clear that I was leaving a job for this one. The people who do work there aren’t inclined show you the ropes either.

Family company that really looks out for employees best interest. They make sure in the slow season to keep guys working, they are willing to train. Really try to keep a positive and respectful environment for everyone, I’m going on three years here and I couldn’t be happier

I have been employed at Opal for seven plus years and I can tell you from first hand experience, Opal is one of the best companies that you could work for. The owners care about their employees well being, they care about ensuring a positive and safe work environment as well as ensuring their employees have work full time during the off season. In my opinion, Opal goes above and beyond for the benefit of their employees and I am fortunate to have found employment here.
