Again, Opal Bath and Designs exceeded our expectations. The crew were very easy to work with. Many thanks to Chris, Derrick and Kyle who all had an eye for detail and were eager to make things right. Opal renovated our main bathroom 5 years ago and so we didn’t hesitate in choosing them to do our kitchen remodel. Simply outstanding. Opal was easy to work with and supportive of our wish list, offering ideas of their own. We are very happy with the final product in both bathrooms that were renovated. All members of the construction team were a delight to deal with - competent, professional, courteous, anxious to please and left the house spotless at the end of each day on the job.
A beautiful and functional bathroom vanity was installed by Opal. I needed a company that do the complete project (source all the materials, remove my old vanity and install a new one) and Opal does that. I was blown away by the outstanding customer service I received from Oscar who helped me choose the right vanity, counter top and fixture for my bathroom. Five years ago Opal Baths and Design renovated our bathroom. They were wonderful to work with and did such a great job. This summer we asked them back to renovate our kitchen and main floor. They began this project on time and it was finished when they said it would be. However, I can’t say enough about all the awesome things that happened in between. We had Opal re-do our clunky, poorly-ventilated ensuite earlier this year and are still thrilled with the transformation. It was a complete overhaul, and they were incredible to work with during the design process, with lots of ideas on how to get the most out of the small space. During the renovation, they were on-time, communicated at all points, and brought in lovely, friendly specialists to work on all of the different aspects.
