The heating technician went beyond explaining details about heating unit and the essential requirements for keeping the airquality in circulating in details of cleaning the ducts...for a safe winter..
I scheduled for my six month maintenance and my appointment was between 9-11am this morning. I was totally surprised to get a phone call at 7:20ish asking what's the best time to come. I immediately told Donnie, whenever you can. How about in 30 minutes, that was super for me. I had other things to do today. He got here and was very polite and professional. I really appreciate Opach's customer services. Thanks much Donnie. See you in six month!!
