Whatever you do, do NOT go to Gene A. Falkowski Jr., DO. He is only interested in keeping the OPA scam going. He completely refused to talk to me on the phone and discuss my son's back condition or even provide a referral for an MRI because it was way too painful for my son to keep doing PT.
