We have absolutely loved working with Boston Orthotics. My daughter is 18 months old with Cerebral Palsy, and Boston Orthotics has been tremendously helpful getting her fitted for her AFOs and SPIO vest. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Miss Toni specifically responds promptly to emails and helps with any issues that arise even outside of normal appointments, always going above and beyond. I cannot recommend this facility enough!
And we need to go get braces and I got measurements. But the only problem I have is I keep rescheduling my appointment.
I have been dealing with Kensia for 6 years now. She is absolutely the best. The entire staff is wonderful especially Toni!!!!!
Only giving them one star because I can give them less. The worst experience ever. Took over 6 weeks to get any information about my child’s prospects and shoes. And then I was told after calling several times that the wrong size was ordered. Waited several more weeks for an update I only got because I called again. Was told the shoe would be shipped soon.
