Updated review: The manger called me immediately to offer a free Polish change in exchange for an updated review. I’m just happy they offered a solution. However it’s a few months later and I found that they have blocked my Instagram so I can no longer book from their website anymore. Absolutely hate how my toes look. For $80 they robbed me. They charged me for removing the polish off my nails $20. Taking this off when I get home.
I’m so thankful I found this place. The service done and the women there are very welcoming. The salon is super cute and they pay very close attention to the work. I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I just knew I wanted a Russian manicure. Olesya was so sweet and her suggestions were great. Thank you so much
Unfortunately will not be coming back. Place is beautiful and front desk receptionist is very sweet and helpful! I went to get a pedicure and the lady over did it with the drill on my cuticles and cut them. And then she burnt me with the efile on the bottom of my foot. I started feeling a stinging sensation on my foot and when I checked there’s a line to where it got cut or burned. This place definitely has potential, just needs to be more careful with the E-File.
The best russian manicure and pedicure in Houston! They are so detailed and meticulous. Each technician is passionate about providing a great service. I love knowing that my nails are going to come out perfect every time
I absolutely loved my pedicure The salon has such a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. The service was very professional and detail-oriented. I especially appreciated the proper sterilization of tools and the high-quality products they use. Definitely recommend
