I’ve been pleased every time with the natural-looking short nail European gel manicure. It’s a quiet, relaxing experience. The technicians are focused and meticulous. Highly recommend.

My experience didn’t meet expectations. First, they consider any nail length beyond your natural nail bed to be “long”— which feels a bit extreme. That meant an extra charge for a length that most salons consider short. Worse, my cuticles were cut way too aggressively. My fingers were actually sore for two full days afterward, and even getting them wet caused pain. That’s never happened to me before.
