If you are a rideshare driver(Uber/Lyft) and ever have to pick anyone up from this location you may want to reconsider unless you are comfortable around mental health patients. Something I was not aware of when I accepted this ride request. According to their website, Gracepoint offers comprehensive outpatient clinical care for individuals trying to overcome significant life challenges like depression, loss, anxiety, anger, family problems, etc.(Etc??). My son has autism and we have been going to grave point since 2009. The children out patient facility is awesome I’m glad they got the new building separated from the other office (now the other place wasn’t that great) but the children facility is great. The. Front staff is always pleasant with a smile and the doctor we see Dr.DeJesus Rosario is the best. Great resource to be able to use and get my son the help he needs. Without grace point we would be lost.
Not sure why other people are calling this a "Psyche Ward" or comparing it to a prison?? Maybe they are thinking of another place. This is a children's outpatient medical office. We have been here many times. My daughter has Autism and anger issues and EVERYONE has treated us with respect and kindness. It may not be the newest or nicest facility, but it is an older building that has many people going through daily so some wear and tear is expected.
The staff is really nice and so is the doctor
