I had a great experience with Grace Woo! She explained the procedure clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. She was very calm, gentle, and professional while doing the laser therapy. I really appreciated how reassuring and knowledgeable she was. Highly recommend Grace for a great experience!
I’m really happy with Grace’s service! She was very thorough with my facial and extractions, and I could tell she took her time to do everything properly. The only downside was that we started a little later than expected. But since she did such a great job and didn’t rush through it, I was completely okay with it. Overall, I was really happy with the service!
5 stars for Ooyu Skin Medi Spa! Grace Woo is amazingly skilled. I tried their service for the first time and was super impressed. I came back 3 weeks later and purchased a 5-session package right away. I'm doing the Kyung Lak Sculpting Facial and absolutely loving it.
While the nurse injector was lovely and personable, I am deeply disappointed by both the technique used and the condition in which my skin was left. As a seasoned esthetician and a woman of colour, I understand how easily excessive trauma and inflammation can lead to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation in melanated skin.
