My five star favorites were the king crab chawamussi and the menma, perfectly seasoned which still makes my mouth water. The sushi and sashimi is always on point at Ootoro. I thought the premium chirashi used to come with uni but not this time. Even without it, you won’t find a better sushi restaurant in (or near) Walnut, highly recommend it! OOtoro Sushi & Grill is a Japanese restaurant located in the Diamond Bar–Walnut area, and in my opinion, it offers some of the best-quality sushi and sashimi in this neighborhood.
