The food was good—this place is known for its quality fish. The sashimi (chirashi) was fresh, and the fish head soup was especially delicious. The salmon skin salad was a bit on the salty side. Prices have gone up, as they have everywhere, and do watch out for the tipping—gratuity was calculated on the total with tax.
This is the best sushi you’ll find in SoCal. All the ingredients come straight from the Tsukiji fish market in Japan.
