I love this place and I recommend it to everyone! You can get everything you need in one spot! Workout classes, education webinars, physio, chiro, osteo, naturopath, RMT, psychotherapy. I think I've worked with almost everyone who works here and I can say that they hire based on fit. Everyone who works here is warm, nurturing, calm, empathetic.
