Surprisingly after a consultation and price quote. I left with burnt hair that the Stylist did not apologize for. Yes piles i just put on her work station. There was no manager and no receptionist. I can say that I was completely unsatisfied with the experience. I was also quoted a price of $120 for my service during consultation then charged me 320$ I feel like not only is my hair ruined spotty and had a terrible service experience. I was overcharged and feel like I was mistreated.
RecommendedOomph is amazing! My stylist Coral, is so great. I have been trying to achieve a color for what seems like forever and she is the FIRST person who sat me down and went over all of the steps to get me there. We are still working on it but she has kept my hair healthy along the way. I highly recommend the salon in general, as they have a lot of great stylists but I am glad I found Coral!
I’m not local to the area anymore but a friend of mine from high school works here (Ashley). She is awesome by the way! My husband and I are currently stationed on a remote island in Alaska with the Cost Guard. I was so happy to find out that I could order hair care products through the Oomph Salon website and they offer shipping to Alaska 🙌🏼🙌🏼 I cannot thank you enough for offering this service! I highly highly recommend Oomph!!! The most beautiful salon with amazing stylists. I LOVE Kali!! She always is so knowledgeable and I always leave with the most beautiful color and cut. She is just the best, you can fully trust her (and everyone at Oomph) with all your hair needs!
