Walked-in to place a to-go order. Got home and received the wrong order. Called to let them know someone was gonna be upset that that I got their order. They offered to deliver my correct order!! Now that is bad ass customer service!!! Thanks Oolong.
Good food, good service, good environment. Very clean and delicious. The main thing from being a perfect score for me is they bring out courses a little too fast. I'd like a second to finish my soup before my meal. And of course could use some wifi ... Wanted not-soda but the only other options was unsweetened tea, and hot tea. Went for the hot tea peach on a whim and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was Especially with honey. They leave the pot at the table it's very nice
Mute my chicken breast to the point of not being able to cut it with a fork before they fried it so I got a heaping pile of breading off to the side that was full of grease the hot and sour soup that was very good I did give them a star for that never going back
