Asked for a balayage, she said she didn’t have time and said she could give me the same look with highlights. I know that’s not how it works but I was willing to trust the process and Tess is very nice and personable. Turned out horrible and nothing like I asked, it looks like she didn’t even touch the back. Went here a while back for a consult for extensions the girl was 45 minutes late with her other client then told me that my consult was making her late for an event she had that night.
