I missed my appt with Lauren ( totally my fault) and was given a make up appt with Cecelia. She was very cheerful and pleasant. She applied color to my roots but feel like she took it out too far as I feel I lost most of my highligts. I can deal with that. She gave a good shampoo which to me is a highlight of my salon experience. When it came time for my cut she trimmed the hair on the back of my neck and then called Kim over. I absolutely love getting my hair done by Shelby! She always does an amazing job and somehow manages to make my hair look and feel better every time. I really appreciate how much she cares about the health of my hair and always makes sure we’re doing what’s best for it. On top of that, we always have the best chats and I genuinely look forward to every appointment! Shelby is so talented, caring, and easy to talk to. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!
Gianna is the absolute BEST! I got The Lami and it was totally worth it! Will be coming back.
