Terrific salon! I am very pleased with this salon! Haylee is my stylist and does a terrific job. She takes her time and is very detailed. This is more than I can say for many stylists out there. I would recommend her to anyone! Everyone at the salon that I've met is super nice!! I look forward to my next appointment:)
Ooh La La Salon & Day Spa is Extremely Professional Two of the ladies from this place cut the hair of 10 individuals for zip - nada - nothing. It was for charity and boy were they good! I was happy to be part of those who had their hair cut as a charitable gift. A superb couple of ladies!
Ooh La La is very professional and totally worth the $ Before going to Ooh la la I read some of the reviews. Most of them stating that it was over priced. I agree that it is a little more than your average salon/spa, but the quality of their services and the customer service was far beyond any other salon/spa in the area. Making the trip tottaly worth the money. I recieved a pedicure/manicure from Christina, and was very pleased with her. Her massage on my feet and hands was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep! OVERPRICED AND NOT WORTH IT I went there for a haircut. My hair was mid-back length and I wanted a shorter cut. I explained everything I wanted my haircut to look like and I thought that the stylist understood what I wanted. She cut my hair with my back facing the mirror and halfway through the session, as she turned the chair around, I saw myself in the mirror and I hated my cut. I wanted to breakdown and cry. On top of that, I had to pay so much for it.
Completly over price for all services I can say the place are very very lovely and beautiful, but the pricing for all the services accept eyebrow waxing is totally over the top and it is not worth the money.
Not Worth The $$$! This salon is way overpriced! My stylist was very rude...didn't hardly speak a word to me. She had an "assistant" that she was training that came from Super Cuts and the two spoke over me the entire time. On top of it, I felt obligated to give the assistant a tip too. My stylist told me she is a "Bumble & Bumble" specialist...meaning, they try to get you to buy their products. It's just shampoo and styling products, nothing out of the ordinary. Very Worth it!! The salon is so adorable right when you walk in! The people are very friendly and accommodating at the front desk, and try to help you as well as they can. They stylist I saw had a very sweet personality and knew exactly what I wanted and how to do it!! I would recommend this salon to everyone!!!!
