(REFERRING TO NEW NAIL BUSINESS IN THAT LOCATION) Completely messed up my eyebrows, I had told them I didn’t want to take anything off the ends and to emphasize the arch. It seemed they completely ignored my request and just did whatever they wanted because when I looked in the mirror, my eyebrows were COMPLETELY STRAIGHT, no arch.
