I purchased my daughter's cake for her "Sweet 16". We were disappointed when a long string of hair came with the first slice. Although the owner did refund me my $62. From a customer service standpoint, she displayed 0 customer service because she did nothing to rectify the embarrassment and disappointment we felt from the situation.
