As I stated, I purchased a Groupon several months ago. I called today after realizing my Groupon expires Nov 23, 2023 to lesrn they are temorarily closed. I want a refund for services I apparently am not going to receive. I already contacted Groupon as well and awaiting responses to both.
I bought a Groupon and haven't been able to reach them on the phone to make an appointment. I look them up on Google to see they are "Temporarily Closed" for who knows how long. My Groupon might just expire and my money wasted.
The phone number that is on the website does not work to schedule appointments. It's completely diconnected. I did send over an email but that was recently so I will update after things are sorted. I did a package through groupon and haven't heard back
I purchased 3 microneedling groupons. I drove 20 miles for my first session, waited over 45 minutes, and she never showed up. I rang the doorbell, called a bunch of times and she never picked up. I wasted my time and money. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else because it’s upsetting.
I feel like I had a face-lift! I look 10 years younger! This experience was wonderful!!
