I have 2 cervical herniated disc. I went to him because that's the only one workcomp would send me too. During the only visit I had with him he tells me he will do this neck surgery in 5 days and give me paperwork on how to prepare. 3 days before surgery preop from hospital called me to discuss procedure. When she found out I've had a stroke and heart surgery she said they could not do this surgery without a approval from my cardiologist. Dr. Patel and his staff are excellent!
I found the doctor and his nurse practitioner to be very good. I have been dealing with these symptoms for over three years. Doctor Minges did an excellent job maneuvering just how many levels of ACDF surgery I would need. I am however, very disappointed in the way Vicki handled things leading up to the surgery. Once they were able to determine that I needed surgery, she dropped the ball. Dr. Minges stated that I would be have surgery before the end of the month. You have left me for dead... I had spinal fusion surgery in Oct. 2018, yeah it i thought it worked with me pushing myself hard to get better. In 2020 I started having problems with walking and having severe pain. In 2021 I found out it was because of my surgery he done that it's now considered a deadly condition. I have a lot of other problems with my back and legs. Now i have a shorter life, when I found out it was to late for the lawyer to take him to court but to be honest I don't want money, I just would like him to see ... read more
