This office is a terrible representation of Coldwell Banker! This has to be one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever dealt with!!! Take your business elsewhere! I promise you there are other Coldwell Banker offices who will treat you with more respect. My recommendation is the Keller Williams in Chula Vista, they are Amazing!!!!
They invited my business to advertise on their folder and we got scammed by the company that did the folders for them. They get free folders and advertisers get scammed. Don’t advertise on their folders, be aware!
watch out for Scott Jr. broker and Ana the real estate agent. they knowingly sold a home for a customer and they both knew about a potential lien on that property. The broker assured that it would NOT go through unless it was all taken care of. Liar. He closed the deal and now there calls for the potential lien to be placed on the sold property.
