I rate them an absolute ZERO! Pompous, incompetent, the list goes on. Owner kept treating everyone like they were lesser human beings, stating I've been in the business for over 30 years. They sold me a vehicle that needed work, cleared codes so I wouldn't know. Took over two months to pay the bank for my trade in which ended up changing my credit score. Then when they finally paid the bank, the title got sent to me instead of them by accident. So they proceeded to HARASS ME MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY looking for the title! Worst ... read more
Empire Auto Group and PAG before them were both the same owner as this wonderful establishment whom I am assuming is closing up shop and reopening under another name so they can continue to rip people off and avoid all the lawsuits that keep piling up
BAD Dealership! Stay away there is a reason why they are going out of business... Poor Customer service, bad cars!
