treated myself to a spa day at Onyx, and it was a rejuvenating experience the therapist was so cute
I got my nails done last Thursday, and two of them have broken within the last two days. I've never experienced anything like this, and I've been getting my nails done for a very long time. I walked in the salon and was told it would be an one hour wait. Fine. I did some shopping around in the complex. I came back and sat down to wait for my turn. I always have the best experience at Onyx. Ben and Lindsey and their staff are the best. I never have to worry about what I'm going to look like when I leave here. They are hands down the best. If your in the area and looking for a great nail experience then come to Onyx!!!
I called to ask if I could walk in or needed an appt. I was told to just come on in. Walked in and was immediately helped. The gentleman who did my nails did a fantastic job. I've gone to many high end salons back in my hometown (Tampa) and I've yet to experience someone who took such great time fixing chips, lifting, and previous salons mistakes. I was thoroughly impressed. The extra time it took compared to my normal visit was well worth it. I'm not sure I've been this happy with my nails in a very long time.

Had one of the best Pedicures ever!! 4 different types of leg and foot massage. (Lasted about 45 minutes! Pure Awesome;) She painted & trimmed my toes Beautifully!! Walked out feeling like a new person!! A++++.
This place has a new manager/owner. The new owner is very knowledgable how to run the biz. I had my mani/pedi with Mary, she has 20 yrs experience, well spoken English. This place has such a relaxing atmosphere, not like other nail salons where it is hussle & bussle get in get out. Mary pamper me, slowly. She took her time massaging my hands, feet and legs. Thanks Mary, you are the best!
I went in on Friday to get a manicure. They were busy, but asked that I make an appointment for the following day, which I did. I made the appointment for 1:30. When I arrived, no one greeted me or even acknowledged me for at least 20 minutes, when I was seated at a station that was unattended. I sat there until 2:10, when I told a young nail tech that I was leaving and would come back another time. Sitting for 40 minutes when I had an appointment was ridiculous!
