I used to go to this salon when it first opened and it was great until they raised there prices so high, I left and decided a year later to give them another try. They charged me $125 for a fill and a basic pedicure, when I asked why it was so high they said because my nails were shaped like coffin nails and that was more expensive and also charged me to remove polish. I got these nails done for my wedding. I’ve gone to two other places and had them try to re-create what I wanted, but they couldn’t. So I decided to go here after looking at the reviews. The only reason I’m giving it a four star is because they had to keep switching the Nail tech after we had already scheduled an appointment for a group of people

Was not the experience I was hoping for being 34 weeks pregnant. First, the nail tech Katie asked me how much weight I had gained. Next, she wouldn’t let me touch my feet to show her I needed an ingrown toenail out and shooed my hand away. She then preceded to scrub my heel so hard and so long it started to burn. When I told her this she looked at my heel and replied “oh, it’s fine you’re not bleeding.” In which she still tried to scrub it.
