I came to get a pedicure and manicure correction that another salon did not do well. Thank you for the amazing pedicure and for reshaping and correcting my nails. I will see you again soon! I'm little sad that I lost length due to having the correction but at least they look better

I have been going to this location for over a year. I always see Anna. She is kind, polite, helpful when you're not sure what you want and just overall a great nail tech. Sometimes I go in and tell her to do whatever!! She also does my grand daughter who always wants designs and such and Anna's work is perfection. Not one time has she let me down. If you're looking for a new person for your nails go check her out but.....make an appointment as she is usually booked. Thanks Anna for taking care of us for so long.

If I could give zero I would. I went here for about six months. Anna would always do my nails. She was very aggressive and had a nasty attitude, but I will give credit where credit is due, her shaping is top-tier so I just thought “ Just deal with it and get through the appointments because her nails look great and she can get that sharp, sharp shape that you love Kahla”. So I have been going to Onyx nails for the last few months. Each time I have left feeling disappointed about something. The first time I asked for an American manicure and it didn't turn out as expected. I tried to give the benefit of the dought as this isn't something they seem to be accustom the being asked for. This place was amazing two years ago. However, the customer service has greatly declined. The quality has even declined. Then today was charged almost double what I was previously charged for the same services. No one was upfront about the extra fees they decided to add on and the fee doesn't match up with their price list. I use to love this place, but now I will not be going back.
