Worst nail salon this place used to be so awesome so good.You never had sit and wait in line for more than AN HOUR. Even after you got sat. I sat there for an hour while the guy that’s upfront with a lot I rattled services other people before me after I had already been waiting there for a while now. I am a very disappointed customer this shouldn’t happen to anyone from a customer service standpoint.
Kourtney was the best manicurist! I got a pedicure and basic manicure. Her attention to detail and perfection was impressive! I will request her from now on!
I have gone to this nail salon for 5 years now. Today I was asked in the middle of my nails getting done if I could pay before she finished. I found this weird but proceeded to go pay at the front before getting my nails finished. It bugged me so I asked the lady doing my nails why and she said because there’s been a lot of people leaving without paying. I have not seen a cleaner nail bar from the front of the house to the back of the house all of the all of the workers were super super nice the owner is an incredible guy takes care of his people you can tell everybody in their had a smile on their face I would definitely recommend if you are in Fort Worth to check out onyx bar!!
Every experience I’ve had at Onyx had been phenomenal! Peyton usually does my nails and Aleena on my toes, but every tech I’ve had has been professional and friendly! Been a return guest of this salon for the past 5+ years and have no intention to go anywhere else!
