My mom and I had standard manicures and pedicures today. Our technicians were fantastic. They took their time and did the best job. We definitely recommend this location.
Vince did a great job! He paid lots of attention to detail. I got a French ombré gel manicure that turned out great! Very nice experience here.
Onyx is the best nail salon in NWA! They are so accommodating with squeezing me in everytime I come and they are happy to do so. If you ever want to book an appointment, all you have to do is call or message them on Instagram (what I prefer) and immediately you’ll get a real person who’s able to assist you. Beautiful interior design, complimentary water, and yummy candy at the front desk…what else could you ask for from your nail salon??
This is my normal nail place, I come every two weeks for a fill. A week ago I had not the best experience here. Vince who I’m guessing is the owner reached out to me and made it right, it shows he really cares about his customers and their happiness with their services. I’m very grateful for him and I will absolutely be back for my regular fills.
I love this place but my last experience was not a good one at all I’m still going to leave 5 stars because I know how much ratings can affect a business but I’m hoping that they read this and can train the staff to avoid these mistakes in the future. I’m so upset and sad about this. A worker that I haven’t had before did my pedicure and a fill for me. The pedicure went well, there was a few times she hurt me but no biggie.
