I was considering supporting this business, but I was deeply disappointed to learn that one of their employees has made anti-Armenian posts. A company’s values are reflected in the behavior of those who represent it, and I hope the business takes this issue seriously. There is no place for intolerance in any community. I urge the management to address this matter and ensure that their workplace fosters respect and inclusivity for all.
I took out a loan for a bike and NEVER received the bike. Onyx has refused to issue me a refund or deliver the bike I paid for. I have had to contact my bank about cancelling the charges. ONYX IS A SCAM! Please do research on this company before. I hope to save someone else from a headache.
I ordered my bike in July. It was supposed to arrive in September. I tried to cancel the order in December when the bike still had not arrived and I was surrounded by snow. No response. In January I get a text the bike is shipping. I stored the bike until the snow started to melt and just opened the box to assemble it. The bike will only power on when it’s plugged in. I ordered my bike back in January and I still haven't received it yet since now I was promise in March that I would get my bike but then I was told that they are running into delays so they pushed it back in April sometime in April and then I was told by the CEO by email that I was told that she should be coming in between 2 to 3 weeks but they weren't sure on what the exact date that they will be receiving it and also they stopped answering their phones and also stopped communicating through message and I believe this compa... read more
Bad customer service taking a long time to respond back to my questions and also telling me that the bike will be delivered in March even before I order it and then coming to me and telling me there's going to be a delay and now it's going to be delivered in April
