Although I didn't book a cosmetic procedure and cannot comment on that side of things, I can say the Urgent Care is very well run. The staff were kind and calm and Dr.Kam himself is very caring and helpful. He gave me peace of mind and shared some great tips for easy at home management of my issue without needing a prescription.
Extremely disappointed with my experience. I had a scheduled appointment but was still left waiting for nearly an hour and then left as I booked my day off around other appointments as well.On top of the terrible wait time, the facility was dirty. Definitely would not recommend.
