Very quiet comfortable and staff is like family. Service was great. Explained everything and answered questions before I could ask. Needle on shots OUCH but knee felt better almost immediately
I had a wonderful experience with the medical assistant Margie. Margie is somehow equal parts medical assistant, life coach, and woodland cryptid in the best possible way. She appears exactly when you need her, somehow already knows why you’re there, and has the calming energy of someone who could convince an anxious squirrel to schedule a follow-up appointment. I don’t have anything negative about Dr. Nichols in particular, but honestly just didn’t have a great experience here. I have called several times since my last visit for a referral to a specialist after getting diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroid. Most of the time my phone call never gets answered. The one time it did I was told that they don’t do referrals to an endocrinologist. This is my first iron infusion. The experience was more pleasant than I was expecting. They told me it would take up to two hours, it was 1:45 hours. The technician Macy was wonderful. The room was very comfortable and clean. I even was able to speak with some other ladies who were also getting their first infusions. I would recommend Onyx for infusions in the future. I had some questions a couple days after my infusion which were quickly responded to by Addison. I am glad I am working with Onyx for my health.
Dr. Stephanie is amazing! The amount of time and care she provides is outstanding. Personalized care at its best.
