I just don’t understand why would you schedule me an appointment for 1pm and at 2:30pm I’m still waiting in the waiting room to be seen. You would think yall have more common sense for those who are injuries. An hour and a half in an uncomfortable seat with a back injury is diabolical. I’m so aggravated.
I love Onyx Imaging, they do a great Job everytime I go to see them.
I don’t see how these people are in business! They never answer the phones or emails regarding medical records. My son needs his images and they just don’t care to answer or reply! Horrible customer service!
How do these people manage to stay in business? They never answer the phone--either at their Decatur or Stockbridge office. The one time I managed to reach someone at the Decatur office--to convey my doctor's request for a disc with the MRI images on it--they didn't follow through and now, again, are not answering the phone. Terrible customer service.
Nobody ever answer the phone. I have been contacting this location more than 100 times today and over 200 times this past week. Do go here!
