They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnose and explained everything to me in detail, which is plus for me. Over all my experience was great and I definitely will recommend them for any AC job.
We just closed on the house and the ac stopped. Called onyx and they came out on a weekend to diagnose the problem. The compressor failed had to wait for parts warehouse to open on Monday they went and got the compressor before they got warranty approval so there would not be any delays. Great job by Nick our technician. He installed the part and followed up to make sure everything was working fine. Thanks again.
