I will start off by saying that I have been going to this location since it was Titans. The gym prior to becoming Onyx was always good enough, and clean enough to be happy going to this location. Now that it has become Onyx I really don’t know where to begin. They used to have rags and disinfectant cleaner which was good to clean the equipment, now they basically have wipes with nothing to dry the machines off once the wipes are used so your left with a wet bench. This gym is a disgrace. The owner, Emil and marketing manager Alyssa has zero integrity and even less respect for people. A business built on arrogance and dishonesty won’t last — and this one proves it.
