I’m giving this gym 4 stars because, since Connor is no longer the manager, the overall standard doesn’t feel the same. The staff are friendly and do their jobs, but the level of professionalism, precision and attention to detail isn’t what it used to be. A really fantastic globo gym in Sydney that has pretty much almost everything you need. If you’re a bodybuilder, there’s heaps of machines that you can choose from, and if you’re a powerlifter, they’ve got benches and fancy Eleiko plates. The space is absolutely massive, trainers and staff (shoutouts to Zuyi, Mick, and Kosta) are super cool and friendly, and everything is maintained pretty well.

I've been happy training at Onyx Gym. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I suggested that more dumbbells would be useful, and they added more equipment not long afterwards. It's great to see a gym that genuinely listens to its members and makes improvements based on feedback. A great place to train. Highly recommended.

Joseph is an amazing trainer!!! I’ve been going to the gym for almost 3 years and I haven’t seen progress like I’ve seen in the past 4 weeks. He also helped me understand what was causing injuries/pain and now I’m so comfortable doing exercises I used to hate. 10/10 would recommend
