I’ve lived here for 3 years, the management is always trying to improve all aspects of our community. Beautiful grounds, amenities are always being updated, and our maintenance team is fantastic. You will not find a better value with everything we have available anywhere in the metroplex. I will continue to be a resident in this wonderful neighborhood
I have been a resident here at magnolia ranch which was surrounded by a golf course at that time. That would be about 10 or 11 years now. I now have very quite neighbors which most the time I don't even know that they are around. The grounds are kept very clean and maintained. Maintenance does a very good job of fulfilling Maintenance on whatever you may need fixing. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Both the local office and the corporate office rely on answering services, making it extremely difficult to speak with anyone who can address serious health and safety concerns. Management has been aware of the roof rat problem at the Happy Valley Peoria community since January, yet the issue has continued to worsen. My lease began here in February. Moving into this town home was the best decision I ever made. From the moment I toured this property it felt like home. Lindsey made me feel welcomed and was very informative about everything from start to finish. You won the lottery when you found these two to run your property. Woof, don’t believe a thing they tell you. Punitive management , damaging water intrusion (burst pipes x3) without any relocation or remorse. Asbestos and black mold that make you ill (finally got report from the company who performed work as management would not provide). A litany of terrible reviews and upset community as a whole. Expect to pay roughly 250+ monthly in utilities and that of course excludes internet and any use of ac which is conveniently placed in the living room. Ha . Living here has been the absolute worst experience of my entire life. Do not live in a property with aptrent.com associated with it unless you have no other option. You will deal with pests, loud neighbors, and managers that simply do not care. I implore you, literally do anything else.
Beware of Sun Lake Apartments. I lived there for 8 years, and despite leaving my apartment cleaner than when I moved in, my deposit was not refunded. I have photos and witnesses to prove the condition it was left in. The apartment was never repainted, only recarpeted. At one point, a pressure washing company hired to clean the hallways pushed water under my door, which caused the carpet to unravel from the tile. I live in building one @ 205 Highland Ave. I can honestly say in the 5 years I have been here the two men who plowed & cleaned up all the snow not just on the parking lot but the walkways did an amazing job. I have seen such professionalism in the years I have been here. I can’t say enough words to express the amazing job they did. So nice to see people that take pride in the job they do. These days it’s far & few.
