Room was small but modern and of good aesthetic. Comfortable bedding. I arrived after midnight and checked in with no problem, but the guy checked me in didn’t tell me anything about diamond member benefits (where to use F&B credits etc), and no room upgrade was offered, which I guess is a norm for Hilton now. Coffee at the lobby restaurant was terrible.

We stayed at the Pennyweight Hotel for four nights and had an excellent experience. We appreciated the housekeeping staff. The front desk and valet/ door staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. They treated everyone with respect and a smile. We had breakfast in the cafe two mornings, and I loved the yogurt and berries and the scrambler. My husband loved the bacon and cheese English muffin.
