Really nice small hotel. Would recommend to anyone coming into Boston.

Best hotel hands down!
Nice modern rooms. 2 double-bed rooms are all facing inward to a wall with minimal light. Mediocre staff. Charged my credit card incorrectly and when called about the problem, they passed the bucket and have me do the run around to correct their mistake. Not very helpful and a waste of my time. Not up to par with other Hiltons, lacking hospitality. Will not recommend or give them my business next time.
