I went to Onyx Beauty Salon for a lash lift, and unfortunately, the service failed almost immediately. Within 10 minutes, the lashes on both eyes began losing their curl. By the next day, my left eye was completely flat, and my right eye only retained a small amount of curl in the outer corner. I contacted the owner to let her know, and she admitted that the forms were not placed properly. I cannot recommend this salon enough! The owner is the ONLY person I trust for nails, waxing, laser, etc. I have gone to her from the very beginning and will continue to do so until she retires or I die (seriously). She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel so comfortable no matter what service you’re getting. sophie is so good at what she does!!! she is willing to accommodate to your preferences, which made me feel so welcomed and accepted❤️ the first pic is my brow lamination and tint, the second pic is my lash lift and tint. she did an incredible job☺️ sophie is beyond kind, gentle, and welcoming! her space is so luxurious
Sophie is just amazing! I’ve seen her for a facial, brows and a massage now and each experience has exceeded my expectations, she is so kind and accommodating and ensures you’re comfortable, easy to chat with during your appointment (if you want) and her space is just beautiful, definitely worth a visit. I can’t wait for my next appointment with her!
