Onyx finished seal coating and striping our association in North Naples back in the spring. This community took four mobilizations and required a great deal of repair work, since it wasn't done in almost 9 years. Josh and his team were insistent on making things right, stayed in communication, and made several trips back to repair what was needed. Onyx finished seal coating and striping 480,000 SF in an RV Resort. The week it was done, ended up being the hottest week of the month. This resulted in the seal coating not drying adequately, and tire marks from RV's marking several areas of the roads and driveways. Josh and his team were insistent on making things right, stayed in communication, and made several trips back to repair what was needed. The roads looks beautiful and professionally done. This company is not at all recommended, they are clueless how to apply, -- seal coat. Lane closers. Directions of traffic. Clean roads before applying solutions. What propper seal coat to use. All this said and done, I would not recommend unless you want to put perfume on a pig. They have no business doing resorts. There extremely incompetent. We have to clean our gutters AGAIN,because of the solution run off. They do not close the roads down for 24 hours, but for only 12 hours. Not enough time for querying prosses for 45,00... read more
